Some items you can select to be recorded in HR Resource Employment History in HR Company Parameters
When you check a box to record these changes, you will need to assign a code created in the HR Code master that has a code type of H-History.
In addition to these, changes in HR Resource master are recorded as follows:
Employment Status - if the Status is checked to "Update Employment History"
Position is recorded if it is added or changed.
Termination reason is recorded if it is added or changed
Hire date is recorded when it is added.
