[HR] How do I get a list of Employees in Vista?

Reports to create an employee list that includes items such as Sort Name, Department, Craft, Class, Status, Phone number, and more. The list can be used to mail envelopes or other mailers.

HR Employee list report will show you a list of employees with PR Employee number by SortName, Department, or Payroll Group with Social Security Number, and Employee number. 



PR Employees Report by summary will show employee Number, Name, Craft, Class, Active Y/N and Phone numbers. 


You can also run the HR Labels report, it will show employee name as LastName,FirstName with their address below that you can print out for mailers. 


You can export these lists as csv and open in excel if you want to remove columns and display names alone. 

This is when you need a list of employee names without a lot of extra information.
