No eligible resources to update - error appears when attempting to Update Salaries to Payroll from HR.
Steps
- In HR Resource Master, go to the Payroll Info Tab
- Uncheck the Active PR Employee box and then remove the PR Employee # and Save the record.
- Click Yes on the Message that pops up.
- Then, check the Active PR Employee and Enter the PR Employee Number and Save record.
- You will get a message on entering the Employee Gender Value. Make sure that the Gender on the Info tab is correct and Save the record again
- Once you go through this process, the Exists in PR box should be checked and the Add to PR button should be grayed out on the Payroll Info tab
