- Log in to https://cascade.viewpoint.cloud/.
Instructions for first time admin logins are in this guide here. - Sometimes it will say "Please wait..." for a few minutes after logging in
- Click "Add User"
- Enter the required fields and press ADD. Even though it's marked as optional, it is recommended that you set a password for the new user. - Once you have added all the desired users, press SUBMIT USERS
- Once the user is added above, they will need to be added in Vista (under VA User profile), and assigned permissions before they can log in. The username in Vista must begin with VIEWPOINT\ followed by the account name, which is firstinitial.lastname.companycode by default, so VIEWPOINT\firstinitial.lastname.companycode.
The company code can be located in the first few letters of your vista server address. typically formatted like this:https://companycode-vrl.viewpointforcloud.com
