Total Mechanical - Union 66 Reporting

There are 2 filings for Union 66. Trust and National Pension. The National Pension filing is a combination filing with Union 16. Filings need to be made, even if there are no hours to report (common). 

Union 66 Trust

1. Download and save the PR Craft Full Details with Rates report for Craft 66.
2. Download and save the =PR TM Total Hours by Craft Class report for Craft 66. 
3. Download and save the GL Trial Balance for GLs 2363-2368.
   
4. IF all reports show no activity, file a zero hour report:
   1. Login online: https://ecr.rehnonline.com/
   2. Select Accept and Proceed.
   3. Select Sessions from the left hand menu.
   4. Make sure the appropriate work month is selected.
   5. Enter the payroll ending date of the last pay date you are reporting (the last timecard date). 
   6. Select Report Zero Hours
   7. Enter the payroll ending date once again, and select Add Month. 
   8. Select Print Version at the bottom of the window, and save this as a PDF as confirmation of your zero hour filing. 
5. If you have hours to report, do not file a zero hour report. You will need to enter hours and wages for each employee on the report, and complete a reconciliation workbook.
